Whether you join our team during the summer while you attend high school or post-graduation, your work ethic and desire to learn is essential! If you have good attendance and receive a positive 60-day review, Fager Framing/Deckworks will continue your employment after your 60-day review and you will begin the apprenticeship bonus program.
Bonus Program Payments:
Payments will occur on the first paycheck following your post-graduation three month, six month, one year and two year anniversaries. Payments are contingent that you have met the criteria outlined – good attendance, positive reviews, and a good work ethic. As outlined above, if you join our team for the summers between your sophomore/junior or junior/senior year, you will receive an additional $500 at one year.
What if I don’t have any experience?
Experience is not necessary, but a desire to learn and a good work ethic certainly is! We want students who are looking to start a career with a leader in the local construction market. If you have the desire and work ethic, we will give you everything else you need to start a long rewarding career.
